Begin with the complete Qur’anic or authenticated hadith panel rather than a memory slogan. Identify exactly what it establishes before choosing an answer.
The safest option preserves the wording, sequence and limit shown.
Use every correction as part of the lesson. Reopen the named Qur’anic or hadith panel, identify the missed distinction and explain the corrected answer in one plain sentence before attempting the item again.
Keep three lines in your notes: what the source explicitly says, what this lesson explains, and what remains for qualified review. That structure makes later correction clear rather than embarrassing.
This resource teaches a careful shared route. Detailed legal classification, school-specific minimums, unusual circumstances and personalised medical, disability or travel cases remain assigned to qualified review before indexing.

Meaning in translation
Saheeh International is the primary reading. The two named comparisons make translation choices visible; none is presented as the Arabic Qur’an itself.
Primary · Saheeh International
O you who have believed, let those whom your right hands possess and those who have not [yet] reached puberty among you ask permission of you [before entering] at three times: before the dawn prayer and when you put aside your clothing [for rest] at noon and after the night prayer. [These are] three times of privacy for you. There is no blame upon you nor upon them beyond these [periods], for they continually circulate among you – some of you, among others. Thus does Allāh make clear to you the verses [i.e., His ordinances]; and Allāh is Knowing and Wise.
Compare · M. Pickthall
O ye who believe! Let your slaves, and those of you who have not come to puberty, ask leave of you at three times (before they come into your presence): Before the prayer of dawn, and when ye lay aside your raiment for the heat of noon, and after the prayer of night. Three times of privacy for you. It is no sin for them or for you at other times, when some of you go round attendant upon others (if they come into your presence without leave). Thus Allah maketh clear the revelations for you. Allah is Knower, Wise.
Compare · A. Yusuf Ali
O ye who believe! let those whom your right hands possess, and the (children) among you who have not come of age ask your permission (before they come to your presence), on three occasions: before morning prayer; the while ye doff your clothes for the noonday heat; and after the late-night prayer: these are your three times of undress: outside those times it is not wrong for you or for them to move about attending to each other: Thus does Allah make clear the Signs to you: for Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom.

Prayer is learned through complete, calm actions. Speed, display and extra repetition are not substitutes for the established step.
Prefer the answer that completes the demonstrated action with stillness.
When two answers sound plausible, choose the one that preserves the complete source and its stated boundary. A familiar practice is not made safer by claiming consensus that the evidence record does not establish.
An adult guiding a child should praise careful attention and an honest “I need to ask” answer. The aim is worship with understanding, not performance for the teacher.

This is a source-bound editorial paraphrase for understanding. It is not the Arabic report and is not presented as a verbatim translation.
Editorial paraphrase
Abu Huraira reported that Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (Peace and blessings be upon him) taught a man to begin with takbir, recite what was available, then bow, stand, prostrate and sit with calmness before continuing through the prayer.
Evidence use
This report establishes an ordered core and the importance of settling calmly in the prayer positions.

And if ye are unclean, purify yourselves. And if ye are sick or on a journey, or one of you cometh from the closet, or ye have had contact with women, and ye find not water, then go to clean, high ground and rub your faces and your hands with some of it. Allāh does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity. It will have [the consequence of] what [good] it has gained, and it will bear [the consequence of] what [evil] it has earned. "Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred. Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no ability to bear. And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people."
Compare · M. Pickthall
Allah tasketh not a soul beyond its scope. For it (is only) that which it hath earned, and against it (only) that which it hath deserved. Our Lord! Condemn us not if we forget, or miss the mark! Our Lord! Lay not on us such a burden as thou didst lay on those before us! Our Lord! Impose not on us that which we have not the strength to bear! Pardon us, absolve us and have mercy on us, Thou, our Protector, and give us victory over the disbelieving folk.
Compare · A. Yusuf Ali
On no soul doth Allah Place a burden greater than it can bear. It gets every good that it earns, and it suffers every ill that it earns. (Pray:) "Our Lord! Condemn us not if we forget or fall into error; our Lord! Lay not on us a burden Like that which Thou didst lay on those before us; Our Lord! Lay not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear. Blot out our sins, and grant us forgiveness. Have mercy on us. Thou art our Protector; Help us against those who stand against faith."

This item must pass source, meaning, language, editorial and release checks. Corrections remain welcome when supported by an exact source locator.
Help a learner master Daily Prayer Readiness and Movement Knowledge Check
Twelve questions test Times, Direction, Covering and Readiness and Standing, Recitation, Bowing and Prostration. Every answer includes evidence-directed feedback, signed-in attempts are saved and the pass mark is 100% so correction becomes part of the learning. Your role is to slow the learning down, keep the exact evidence visible and make it safe for the learner to say, “I am not sure yet.”
Begin with the source
Open the named ayah or hadith before explaining it. Tell the learner whether they are seeing Arabic revelation, a reading aid, a named translation, a hadith translation or editorial teaching.
Invite an answer before helping
Ask one precise question and wait. If the learner struggles, point to the relevant line, narrow the choice or replay the audio before supplying the answer.
Correct with dignity
Praise honest checking and careful effort. Correct the idea or sound without labelling the learner, and never turn a mistake into embarrassment.
01Prepare a focused session
Read Daily Prayer Readiness and Movement Knowledge Check yourself and open every cited source before inviting the learner.
Choose one realistic aim from the mastery statement. Do not try to teach the whole page in one sitting.
Test any Arabic audio. If a sound is outside your confidence, plan to listen together and seek correction from a capable teacher.
Remove distractions and decide when to stop: about 8–10 minutes for a younger child, 15–20 minutes for ages 8–11, or 20–30 minutes for an older learner.
Keep paper optional. If Qur’anic text is printed, follow the respect and waste guidance shown above the ayah panel.
Opening words: “We are going to learn one idea carefully and see exactly where it comes from. We can pause, replay and check the source whenever we need to.”
02Use a source-led teaching conversation
Connect: Ask what the learner already thinks the title means. Record the answer without immediately judging it.
Read or listen: Open the first evidence panel or cited report. Hear the complete Arabic before isolating one word or phrase.
Notice: Ask the learner to identify the exact words that support the first teaching point. A contextual word gloss is a clue; the complete named translation supplies the sentence meaning.
Explain: Read the teaching paragraph. Ask, “Which part came directly from the source, and which part is the writer helping us understand?”
Apply: Choose one practice task. Keep everyday examples within the boundary of the source; do not invent promises, hidden causes or rulings.
Retrieve: Close the explanation and ask the learner to state the idea, evidence locator and one careful application in their own words.
03Questions for this exact resource
“What does Read the controlling source mean here, and which words or source locator support your answer (Qur'an 4:103)?”
“What does Distinguish command and demonstration mean here, and which words or source locator support your answer (Qur'an 17:78)?”
“Which sentence is revelation or hadith, and which sentence is explanation?”
“What would be an overstatement that the cited source does not allow us to make?”
04Adapt the same truth for different ages
Ages 5–7
Teach one short source phrase and one meaning. Use text cards, colour bands, paths or simple geometric symbols—never a picture of اللّٰه(ALLAH) and never an image that implies His form. Let the child point, match, listen and repeat once or twice.
Ages 8–11
Use two or three evidence cards and ask the learner to match each idea to its locator. Invite a short explanation in their own words, then reopen the source to correct it together.
Ages 12–15
Compare the named English translations where provided. Ask what wording differs, what remains constant, and why a translation must not be called the Arabic Qur’an itself.
Ages 16+ and adults
Require a precise claim, an exact source locator and a stated boundary. Invite the learner to distinguish established meaning from inference and to mark any unresolved question for qualified review.
05Support Arabic without creating false confidence
Listen to the whole ayah or supplication first.
Follow the Arabic from right to left and use the word-level controls only after hearing the complete wording.
Treat transliteration as temporary scaffolding. It cannot reproduce every Arabic sound.
Let the learner echo a short unit, then return it to the full phrase so meaning and pronunciation remain connected.
If neither of you can hear or form a sound confidently, record it for a capable Qur’an or Arabic teacher. Do not manufacture an English substitute and call it exact.
Gentle correction: “Let us listen once more and notice where the sound begins,” protects both accuracy and confidence.
06Choose one useful follow-up
Answer all twelve questions.
Use answer-specific feedback and exact source locators before retrying to 100% mastery.
Complete one task independently before adding another. Adult support should reveal the route, not hide whether the learner can use it.
07Revisit for durable mastery
After 24 hours · five minutes
Ask for the central idea without showing the answer.
Ask the learner to find its source locator.
Replay one Arabic phrase and reconnect it to the complete meaning.
Correct by reopening the source, then end with one successful retrieval.
After seven days · eight minutes
Ask for the idea, source and boundary in the learner’s own words.
Retry the most difficult mastery question.
Apply the idea to one new but appropriate situation.
Record what is secure and what needs another supported attempt.
