This notice explains the minimum information Tawheed Club uses to provide accounts, saved learning and optional adult communication.
Information collected
An adult account uses a name, email address and protected password. A student account uses a display name, username, optional age band and protected password; a child email address is not requested. Assignments, optional deadlines, progress and individual quiz attempts are stored so the learning record can be shown accurately.
How information is used
Account data is used for sign-in, saved learning, adult-supervised student accounts, in-app notices and essential service messages. Site email is sent from the monitored Hostinger alias support@tawheedclub.com. Verification, password recovery and security communication are necessary service messages. Newsletters, reminders, new-resource alerts and donation updates use a separate, unticked adult choice. Student profiles are never enrolled into marketing.
Email choices
Optional adult email consent is recorded with its source and time. It can be withdrawn through the unsubscribe link in an optional message or the email-preferences page. Withdrawing newsletter consent does not stop account security email or remove learning records.
Sponsor payments and external charities
When voluntary Sponsor Us payments open, checkout and card information will be handled on Stripe’s hosted service. Tawheed Club will receive the transaction and contact records made available to the verified payee for accounting, support, fraud prevention and legal obligations, but will not store card details in WordPress. Links on Donate to a Cause go to independent charities; Tawheed Club does not receive those funds or the information entered on their websites.
Analytics
Aggregated site analytics may be used to understand performance and improve resources. Account and email-preference pages are excluded from search indexing.
Retention
Account and saved-learning records are retained while the account is active and are removed through the account deletion controls. An unverified adult registration is removed after its verification period has expired and a further 24-hour safety window has passed. Service-email delivery logs are automatically removed after 14 days. Marketing consent and unsubscribe evidence is kept separately where needed to respect the adult’s choice.
Your choices
Signed-in learners can download the account, assignments, deadlines, attempts and learning information held for them from My Learning. A supervising adult can permanently delete a supervised student account. An adult can permanently delete the adult account, every student it supervises and their saved records. Current-password checks and typed confirmations protect these controls.

Important launch note
Public learner registration is open for controlled live testing. Adult email verification, high-privacy student defaults and the account data controls described above remain active. Testing issues should be reported to the monitored support address without including passwords or security tokens.
