This notice explains the minimum information Tawheed Club uses to provide accounts and saved learning.
Information collected
An adult account uses a name, email address and protected password. A student account uses a display name, username, optional age band and protected password; a child email address is not requested. Learning assignments, status and results are stored so progress can be shown.
How information is used
Account data is used to provide sign-in, saved learning, supervised student accounts and essential service messages. Marketing communication must use a separate adult choice. Student accounts are not enrolled into marketing.
Analytics
Aggregated site analytics may be used to understand performance and improve resources. Account pages are excluded from search indexing.
Your choices
Account holders may request access, correction or deletion of their personal information. Contact instructions will be added when the monitored privacy mailbox is configured.
Important launch note
This service is in initial release. The notice will be expanded with the operating organisation’s legal identity, contact details, retention schedule, service providers and lawful bases before active newsletter collection begins.
