Indeed, Allāh orders justice and good conduct and giving [help] to relatives and forbids immorality and bad conduct and oppression. He admonishes you that perhaps you will be reminded.
Lo! Allah enjoineth justice and kindness, and giving to kinsfolk, and forbiddeth lewdness and abomination and wickedness. He exhorteth you in order that ye may take heed.
Allah commands justice, the doing of good, and liberality to kith and kin, and He forbids all shameful deeds, and injustice and rebellion: He instructs you, that ye may receive admonition.

Yala reported that after the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (Peace and blessings be upon him) saw a man bathing in an open place, he taught that اللّٰه (ALLAH) is Halim, Hayiyy and Sittir, loves modesty and concealment, and instructed people to conceal themselves when bathing.
Hayiyy and Sittir are indefinite Divine predicates. The context supports modesty and bodily privacy; it does not support hiding abuse, obstructing justice, suppressing necessary medical disclosure or confusing Al-Hayiyy with Al-Hayy.
