Find learning notifications

Open Notifications in My Learning, or Notices in the mobile bottom navigation. Assignment, deadline and completion messages appear here. Select Open to follow a notice, or Mark read to clear its unread state.

An adult service email marked accepted means the sending system accepted it; it is not proof that it reached your inbox. Check spam or junk and use the in-app notice if email is delayed.

Manage email and analytics choices

Use the preferences or unsubscribe link in an optional email to manage that subscription. Verification, password recovery and necessary account-service messages are separate from optional newsletters and reminders.

Use Analytics settings on the site to revisit the optional analytics choice. The banner’s Reject analytics and Accept analytics buttons control optional analytics; the public library remains available either way.

Download learning data

1. Sign in and open Account and privacy.
2. Under Download learning data, enter the current password for the account you are signed into.
3. Select Download my data. Keep the download private. Adult exports include supervised student records; a student export covers that student’s own profile and saved learning.

Password values and security tokens are not included in the export.

Understand deletion before using it

Deletion controls are under Account and privacy. The supervising adult controls student deletion. Deleting an account does not delete the public learning library. For access, correction or privacy questions, use Contact and read the Privacy Policy.
