Find practical checks for sign-in, missing progress, audio, searches, quizzes and display problems.
I cannot sign in
Check that an adult is using the account email and a student is using their student username. Check password spelling and Caps Lock. Verify the adult email if required. Use adult password recovery or ask the supervising adult to reset a student password. Repeated attempts may be rate-limited; follow the displayed message rather than repeatedly resubmitting.
My verification or reset email has not arrived
Check the email address you used, spam or junk folders and any mailbox filters. Allow time for delivery. A generic reset confirmation does not prove an account exists for that address. If it remains missing, contact support from the adult account email where possible. Never forward a live reset or verification link.
My progress is missing or the percentage looks unexpected
Confirm you are signed in with the same learner account and viewing the correct learner in My Learning. Work done signed out is not automatically attached to your account. Check Assigned to me, Started independently and Completed learning. Reading percentage tracks position, not a quiz score, and retains the furthest recorded progress. Check your connection, return to the dashboard and reload it. Do not use Reset this learning to repair a display issue: that clears records.
Audio will not play
Select play yourself, check the device volume and whether the browser tab is muted, and try the complete-ayah player separately from a word recording. Check your connection. Reload once, then try another current browser if necessary. Some panels do not supply audio. Report the exact verse or word and page address if one recording consistently fails.
The library shows no results
Select Clear filters in the Learning Library. Try fewer search words or All formats and All topics, then select Show resources. The Names directory has its own Reset search and filters control. If you are looking for an article or a different page type, use the site search.
A knowledge check did not save or will not submit
Answer every question, read the message shown and confirm the learner is signed in if you want the attempt recorded. For an expired session, sign in and reopen the resource before trying again. See knowledge-check help. Record the page address and exact message if the problem continues.
A menu, button or page looks wrong
Reload the page first. Check whether you have an old tab open from before a site update. Try a current browser or another device to narrow down the issue. If your connection is working but controls do nothing, check whether a browser extension is blocking the page scripts. Report the page, browser, device and control affected. Do not clear account data or reset learning as a first step.
I need to report a problem or correction
Use Contact Tawheed Club. Include the page address, the action you tried, what you expected, what happened, the exact error and your browser/device. Include a screenshot only after hiding names, email addresses, student details and unrelated records. For a content correction, include the exact wording and source locator. Never include passwords, verification tokens or password-reset links.
